A letter from me Mum about her back pain

We all know a fella's Mum is 100% behind them.  They will side with the son in any argument, even when the girlfriend is right!  So one would not usually believe that a testimonial from their Mum would be taken too seriously.  But when it comes to relief from debilitating things like back-pain people seldom lie.  I will leave you to be the judge.

H Wayne, I cannot thank you enough for the exercises you showed me last night. As you are aware I have fought may battles healhwise n many surgical opratons inluding a replaemet knee, fusion of lumber, an the latest big toe fusion. The latter being my newest challenge. After a period of three moths in a moon-boot and unable to do my usual excerise (now line dancing) on being able to rmove the boot and pick up life again,was suffering extensive back pain.I tried line dacing but my foot is not yet ready for that.

This morning after a good sleep, I was able to walk without limping and the pain was reduced to a little discomfort. It is now after 1 pm and I have repeated the exercises three times and feel ready to do my grocery shopping, which has been a nightmare up to now. Thanks again Wayne
